Sunderland Male Voice Choir produced a series of musical
videos which were published on Facebook and YouTube in 2023.
On Saturday. 8th July 2023, the Choir took part in a film shoot on the Millennium Bridge over the River Tyne.
The footage was being captured for potential inclusion in a new national TV programme series.
The Colliers' Requiem on the River Tyne!
Sunderland Male Voice Choir welcome you to 'The Colliers' Requiem on the River Tyne!'. The video shows some members of the Choir on a film shoot for potential footage for a future national TV programme. The soundtrack is the famous 'The Colliers' Requiem', which was performed by the Choir at a 'Spring Concert' at the Wesley Memorial Methodist Church in Low Fell, Gateshead on Saturday, 22nd April 2023.
Memory on the Millennium Bridge!
Sunderland Male Voice Choir welcome you to the musical video, 'Memory on the Millennium Bridge!'. Some members of the Choir are featured on a film shoot on the Millennium Bridge over the River Tyne on Saturday, 8th July 2023. They were being filmed for potential inclusion in a forthcoming new national TV programme. The soundtrack, 'Memory' from the musical, 'Cats' was recorded at a recent concert at the Wesley Memorial Methodist Church in Low Fell, Gateshead.
