Sunderland Male
Voice Choir is working on exciting new projects to create new music about the
rich heritage and the people of Sunderland.
Members of the
Choir undertook some advanced preliminary research for a project bid on two
important topics relating to the history of the City of Sunderland:

Sunderland
Minster (A Minster church with a proud community history)
·
Benedict
Biscop (Patron Saint of the City of Sunderland)
Although the
Choir was successful with its bid, the valuable work undertaken will form the
basis for the lyrics for two new pieces of music.
