Sunderland Male Voice Choir held an 'Autumn Concert' at the Trinity Methodist Church in Shiney Row on Saturday, 12th November 2022.
This was the second concert that the Choir used to promote their new song, 'We're Going on A Randy'. The song was written by Sam Jordan, tenor and deputy musical director, to tell the story of local legend, George Stephenson, and the workmen ('navvies') who helped to build the famous Hetton Colliery Railway, which opened in November 1822.
Sunderland Male Voice Choir performed with Belmont Ladies Choir.
