MORE MUSIC FROM HAILED PERFORMANCE AND BACK TO OUR ROOTS!
Sunderland Male Voice Choir has just published another musical video, 'Let There Be Light'!
The video, which takes you on a journey to Sintra in Portugal, features a soundtrack from the Summer Concert at St. Peter's C of E Church in Jarrow on Saturday, 13th August 2022. This performance has been hailed as one of the best by the Choir to date.
The soundtrack contains excerpts from the second set in the first half which included 'Let There Be Light', 'Softly As I Leave You', 'Some Enchanted Evening' and 'When the Saints Go Marching In'.

The Choir never forgets its 'roots' and when they performed at Beamish Museum in July, they took the opportunity to visit the allotments and the colliery yard.
Well, the Choir is back singing in the 1950's Welfare Hall on Sunday, 9th October. I wonder where they will take the opportunity to visit this time. Why don't you come and see for yourself!
